eligible for BSA and QSA swim meets. Club membership and associated affiliation with Queensland Swimming is $40. |

NOMINATIONS
FOR
ALL BSA, QSA AND NATIONAL SWIM MEETS
The Club has been experiencing some difficulties getting swimmers’ nominations for swim meets in on time.
If swimmers wish to nominate for BSA, QSA or National swim meets, you MUST:
The Race Secretary, Mrs Rea Dobbs, will arrange to collect nominations and money from your coach. Mrs Dobbs will then send the Club nominations to the appropriate body. You can contact Rea at iandobbs@optusnet.com.au.
If you wish to nominate for a local swim meet or carnival you can enter these yourself. You do not need to ask Mrs Dobbs, the Race Secretary, to enter you. Only QSA, BSA and National nominations must be entered by a club race secretary.
REMEMBER!! If you wish to nomination for QSA, BSA and National meets, it is your responsibility to get the entry and the money in on time.

Give your nomination form to your coach or put it in the nomination box
at the pool, if there is one; and
2.
Include the correct $ amount for the events nominated.
The
Closing Date for all nominations
and money will be the Friday before the actual closing date.
It
will always be the Friday before. If nominations actually
close
on a Friday then one week before you must get your nominations and
