CSC Registration 2011-2012 Swimming Season

Dear Members,
It is time to register for the 2011-2012 swimming season.
   For those of you planning to compete at upcoming meets it is important that you complete the membership registration form and pay the relevant registration fee within the next 7 days to allow for processing through Swimming Queensland.
   The Fee schedule for 2011-2012 is below. This is a provisional schedule because the Club Constitution requires that the fees each year are approved at the Annual General Meeting. This year the AGM is scheduled for 25 July, too late for registration ahead of upcoming meets.
   Any changes made to this schedule at the AGM will be fixed with members after the AGM. Preferably payment should be made on line by electronic bank transfer to the Clubs bank account:

Could you also please:

1. ensure that a current email address is PRINTED neatly on the membership form as this is the primary way in which the club will communicate with members about meets, club nights and other club matters
2. ensure that parent’s names are printed neatly with dates of birth (this is for insurance purposes) and include a day time phone number for contact
3. carefully select whether your swimmer is a competitive swimmer or a recreational swimmer. A recreational swimmer is one who will attend training and club nights only and who is NOT eligible to swim at meets at other clubs or BSA or SQ meets unless you request an upgrade of your swimmers membership with Swimming Queensland. This means that your swimmer will be ineligible to be selected in relay teams for BSA or the State Championships if they are not registered as a competitive swimmer, and
4. email membership forms to the Registrar at registrar@commercial-swimming.org.au with a copy of the bank transfer for the fees. If you are unable to email the forms to the Registrar, please drop them to the box at the pool or hand them to the coach who will pass them on to the Registrar. Forms will not be processed until there is a document showing payment of the fees.
